We needed a place to stay one night so we could be close to our running event near the pier. The location of this hotel was nice, free parking and free breakfast was nice, pool area was good. The coffee maker in the room was broken, the bed was way too soft to be comfortable, the shower curtain didn’t work so water got everywhere when we showered, and the steam from the shower made the fire alarm in our room go off. I would choose a different hotel if we needed to stay in that area again.

I would have given this a lower rating had the manager not tried to do what he could to make it right. First the good. It was clean, good breakfast, reasonable price, quiet and comfortable bed. The bad. One would expect soap and shampoo to be in the room, which it wasn’t. first I had to go to the office to retrieve some soap for the sink. They said that the shipment hadnt arrived. I’m sorry, do everyone is using the toilet and there is no soap??? Go and buy some or don’t rent out the rooms!!! Then in the morning I got into the shower only to find there was no shampoo in the dispenser. It was clear that there hadn’t been any for quite awhile. Also no shower gel. This resulted in my dressing and back to the office. The manager stated that he would get someone there because you need a special tool to open the holder. I think he honestly tried to find someone but couldn’t and so he brought me a container of shampoo and more soap along with a couple of bottles of water, which was kind. I usually us the BW in Auburn CA which is way better than the higher priced Marriott’s and Hiltons (which I am a silver member of). I think this was just my bad luck but everything else is really good. I would try them again but I would definitely check for toiletries!

Very clean, quiet. Nice beds, very comfortable. Liked having a mini fridge, coffee & variety of coffee or tea options. Rooms were very spacious enough to fit a wheelchair & a walker for my elderly folks. I would stay at your hotel again. Thank you!

I travel frequently and I have to say that this hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. Newly renovated and impeccably presented. Clean spacious lobby, welcoming people at the front desk and the bed in the room I stayed in was VERY comfortable. There are some homeless in the area but that is expected in a beach city and I did not feel unsafe at this hotel. Overall, I am extremely please with my stay here. Would definitely recommend.
